Tools and Infrastructure
Ghoranash Silk Khadi Gramodyog Samity is equipped with charkhas, NMC machines, six-spindle systems, and tools for spinning, warping, weaving, and post-production, several provided by KVIC. Earlier pit looms have been replaced by frame looms due to monsoon challenges. Tool maintenance remains a shared responsibility handled by the families of weavers and workers.

Human Resource
Around 200 people work at Ghoranash Silk Khadi Gramodyog Samity on a five-day schedule. The workforce consists largely of older artisans, with more men in weaving roles. Wages are paid regularly, and responsibilities are clearly divided based on skill and experience.

Raw Materials
Khadi and Village Industries Commission supplies cotton and silk, ensuring stable quality. Dyeing is conducted at a nearby unit using both azo dyes and natural dyes, depending on the requirements of the fabric or client.

Production
Khadi preparation is a detailed, month-long process that begins with sliver preparation, followed by yarn spinning and starching. The yarn is then rolled on the charkha, transferred onto bobbins, and finally warped to set up the loom. Once prepared, all materials are stored until they are ready for the next stage of production.
