Dyeing

Raw silk yarns are first degummed with warm water and detergent, then rinsed and conned in a Chadki for weft tying, It is framed to mark motifs, which are tightly tied with impermeable threads to resist dye. The tied yarns are initially dyed in warm water for soft color penetration, followed by high-temperature dyeing to ensure deep absorption, strong color fastness and uniform shades.
