Surfaces & Textures

Surface ornamentation through hand stitches and textures through sewing machines have been combined beautifully to enhance the look and feel of Khadi and to make it more attractive and aesthetically appealing. Samples have been created for different themes, and the ability to convert them by Khadi institutions can be added with prints, solids and woven fabrics. These have been designed to give directions and can be used by the designers working with Khadi institutions to interpret their ways contextually. The surfaces are adaptable for both home textiles and apparel.
